Suspension Appeals Form


If you would like to appeal a suspension handed down to you by the league, please fill out the form below within 48 hours of the suspension being handed out. A $30 appeal fee will be taken off your teams suspension deposit. The league will inform you of its decision and your fee will be refunded if the appeal is successful.
