***Bring in another team and receive $50 off your team's league fee!!!
****We will allow teams to pay with 2 installments after the deposit ($1000 by the final payment date and the remainder on June 7), but the league fee will increase by $100.
FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS

*The individual registration price includes an administration fee for helping place individuals on teams and it also includes admission to the player draft that will be held the last week in March. Then you pay your share of the team's league fee.

Once you get placed on a team, you will have to pay the team captain the remaining registration fee which will vary from team to team depending on the number of players on that team.

- PLAYING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS: **UPDATED FOR 2008**
Skaters
Skaters will not be allowed to play in a particular tier if their skill level is determined to be more than 1 tier higher (in other words, you can play down one tier from your determined skill level).
A skaters's skill level will be determined based on the Points per game (PPG) from the previous regular season in the highest tier in which more than 4 games were played. A range (table below) has been determined for each tier using the formula that for each tier: the top 10% will be considered to be of the skill level of the next tier higher, the middle 60% will be considered to be of the skill level of that tier, and the bottom 30% will be considered to be of the skill level of the next tier lower. Therefore, the PPG range indicated is the lower and upper limit to be considered the skill level of that tier.
NOTE: Silver I, Silver II, Bronze I and Bronze II will each count as 1/2 tiers for the purposes of this tiering rule. Therefore, gold skill level can play silver II, Silver I skill level can play Bronze I, Bronze I skill level can play Copper, Bronze II skill level can play Copper

New skaters with no prior history in the league will only be allowed to play on teams that are one tier apart.
Each team can have up to 3 skaters or goalies that play on another team and are determined to be of a skill level from a higher tier
Any skater playing down to a lower tier must play 3 out of the first 6 games in that lower tier in order to be eligible for the playoffs.
Once their skill level is determined, a skater can play up as many tiers as they want.
A skater can play more than one tier apart if he is a goalie in one tier and a skater in the other. This also won't count towards your total number of "import" skaters.
Skaters can play on 2 teams in the same tier, but they will need to choose a primary team for the playoffs. If their primary team gets eliminated from the playoffs, then they can join their secondary team if that team is still playing
Goalies
Goalies will not be allowed to play in a particular tier if their skill level is determined to be more than 2 tiers higher (in other words, you can play down two tiers from your determined skill level).
A goalie's skill level will be determined based on the Save Percentage (SV%) from the previous regular season in the highest tier in which more than 4 games were played. A range (table below) has been determined for each tier using the formula that for each tier: the top 20% will be considered to be of the skill level of the next tier higher, the middle 50% will be considered to be of the skill level of that tier, and the bottom 30% will be considered to be of the skill level of the next tier lower. Therefore, the SV% range indicated is the lower and upper limit to be considered the skill level of that tier.
NOTE: Silver I, Silver II, Bronze I and Bronze II will each count as 1/2 tiers for the purposes of this tiering rule. Therefore, gold skill level can play Bronze II, Silver I skill level can play Copper, Silver II skill level can play Copper, Bronze I skill level can play Brass, Bronze II skill level can play Brass

New goalies with no prior history in the league will only be allowed to play on teams that are two tiers apart.
Each team can have up to 3 skaters or goalies that play on another team and are determined to be of a skill level from a higher tier
Once their skill level is determined, a goalie can play up as many tiers as they want.
Goalies can play on 2 teams in the same tier, but they will need to choose a primary team for the playoffs. If their primary team gets eliminated from the playoffs, then they can join their secondary team if that team is still playing
- DOMINANT SKATERS IN LOWER TIERS:
For the Bronze tier and lower, any skater with higher than a 4.0 PPG last season in that tier will have to play in the next tier higher. Therefore, the team will either have to move up a tier with that skater in the lineup or stay in their current tier with that skater out of the lineup.
Note: Captains of lower tiered teams should be aware that having better skaters register and play on lower tiered teams, may mean that your team can get moved up to a higher tier.
- No off-sides or icings
- There is to be no body contact
- Basic penalties (see the rule book in the rules section)
- 1 timeout will be allowed per
team per game
- Suspensions for fighting,
match and major penalties and gross misconducts with money being deducted from the
suspension deposit and 50% of the non-returnable amount going to a charity
- Fines for playing with
ineligible players or forfeiting of games with money being deducted from the
suspension deposit and 50% of the non-returnable amount going to a charity
- Teams will also have the option of carrying over their left over suspension deposits
to next season and having it applied to that years league fees.
